Clean Mic Green shares hard-hitting new single ‘Lite Green’ from upcoming album ‘Green Blooded’

Clean Mic Green, also known as Mr Greenonit has just released the first single ‘Lite Green’ from his album ‘Green Blooded’. ‘Lite Green’ is a hard-hitting trap anthem with a hypnotic melody, booming bass and dancing hi-hats. The lyrics are braggadocios, the flow is faultless and the delivery is confronting.

"Rollin dollo on da lo lo and that's quite clean, I do ma dirty by ma lonely since nineteen. And that's waay back like ma hairline(r), Nigga staay back ma peeps from Carolina” Mic raps, the lyrics are fierce in their boldness and paint a vivid picture. With signs Mic has been perfecting his craft for a long time, this is a lyricist with experience and maturity. The infectious melody of the chorus only inches you closer to developing an affinity with this enigmatic lyrical curator.

The album ‘Green Blooded’ consists of twelve tracks and will be released in digital and physical format this spring through ‘Green Power’. ‘Green Power’ is the official brand name that portrays the power of green: money, jewels, weed, environment, politics etc.

Mic has a complicated history with his country of origin, Jamaica and has been exiled. After his father was gunned down by police Mic went on to commit a series of crimes in retribution for his father’s mistreatment that stemmed from certain political figures. Currently residing in Raleigh, NC, Mic has put the past behind him and has consciously made a decision to focus on his rap career.

Clean Mic Green has an innovative approach to creating; he has a natural presence on the mic and a flow that is vibrant and undeniably charismatic. He has a gift for phrasing and dynamics that seems to come naturally and ‘Green Blooded’ is the perfect representation of this skill-set.
